In order to promote the communication between the company's employees, enhance team cohesion, and enrich the cultural life of employees, on June 25, 2023, the company organized employees in the cultural center of Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone to carry out a team building activity with the theme of "Peer to reach far, work together to win".

At the beginning of the activity, the company's leaders made a speech on the activity, which briefly indicated the main purpose of the activity - "communication, cooperation, cohesion", and then the activity project officially opened under the leadership of the team construction coach.

At the beginning of the activity, the team construction coach used some small games to let all the members adjust their status and throw themselves into the activity. The team was then divided into four teams to participate in the activity. After the completion of the team, each team selected the captain, team secretary and flag bearer, determined the team name, team logo, slogan and queue shape, and went on stage for a style display.

The whole event is held in the form of team points competition, mainly around the following activities:

Item 1: Poker game

Each team needs in the shortest time to face down the 13 cards (A-K) shuffled cards, in order from small to large turn, each time only A player turn a card, the wrong words to put back, go back and the next player high five finished, replace the next player to turn, in turn, until in order to turn over the victory. There are three games in total, and the rules of the game are different for each game, which makes the game more difficult.

At the beginning of the first game, because each team did not understand the rules of the game and did not find the right way to turn over the cards, the situation was once chaotic, and the players sent to the game also failed again and again. Although each team also used on-site props to mark, but because of the wrong method, a lot of time was wasted. After the first game, we actively analyzed and solved the problems within the team, and in the following showdown, the situation was significantly improved, and it can even be said that there was a qualitative leap, which is very gratifying. The main test in this game is the importance of clear division of labor, teamwork, and effective communication.

Project 2: The Ultimate challenge (Dragon Sea - energy transmission, no forest, passion beat)

Each team needs to complete four mini-games, and the one with the shortest time wins. Before the start, each team has half an hour of rehearsal time, which is very short, but the team members still try their best to prepare for the training, and practice repeatedly in the practice of failure, find problems and solve problems until success. In this link, I deeply appreciate the huge cohesion of the team. The so-called success cannot be separated from every member of the team. If there is no cooperation and joint efforts of every member of the team, there will be no success of the team.

Item 3: Tug of war

This project is the climax of the group construction activity site, after the completion of the previous activities, although everyone has consumed a lot of physical strength, but after a short rest, we quickly entered the state, actively prepared for the war, refueling each other, in line with the persistence is victory, less than the last second does not give up the principle, in a cheer shout, finally completed the game. There were cheers, tired and happy. "Unity of heart, Taishan move" is perfectly reflected here, as long as everyone is united, you can play a great force, reflecting the strength of the team is infinite.

The final leaders of the company awarded MEDALS and prizes to the winning team and took a group photo. This activity came to an end. Although the group building activity was only half a day long, it brought you a lot of joy and inspiration.
